    Xbox app, can't join parties, tried everything.

    Tried that, still nothing. My normal Xbox app gives me the green screen and I get a " Sign in " option. The beta app is still just a green screen. This is what I'm getting -

    If I leave it open for a while, it just closes itself.

    Need help - Purchased a game in 2019 and it says product key was already used but it's not showing on my account.

    It does give me the option to install directly, but it still asks me for the code.. This is where I'm getting angry. I can give more screen shots, but I'm pretty certain the one I sent with me attempting to re-enter the 'required' code showed that already.
