    its saying im banned and i havent done anything i can think of to fix this. You gave me a suspention In Feb. 2016. I looked under enforcement and there is no new suspentions that I can find, I don't know what is going on because actions were taken against
    me while my xbox was being fixed with microsoft. please act promptly and hep me, ty

    Unfortunately, Xbox Support or the forums will not be able to assist with suspensions.

    • If you have received an in-game multiplayer ban, then you will have to go to the game's website for more help or details.
    • If you have received an account suspension, details are found on the
      Enforcement       website.
    • If you have received a
      console ban       (for serious/repeated violations), then there is unfortunately no way to reverse this type of ban, as it is permanent.

    Im banned for no reason and it says im not banned

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    Any report filed is investigated first which takes time so your suspension for "threats & harassment" would of been for something you did weeks ago or longer.

    During that investigation it looks like the enforcement team found other offences you committed in the past & that's why you have had a 100 day extension on your suspension.

    For some reason these are not showing on the enforcement site.They can not be appealed.

    They have not illegally suspended your account.

    You agree to the ToU/CoC when you started your account which means you agreed that you will be punished if you are caught violating the ToU/CoC.

    Similar thing happened to me. I was playing dead island, ran a few errands, came back and console ban. I am awaiting a response from PET, but I never received an e-mail stating why I am banned.
