"it's not you it's us" rewards account disabled

I have been doing rewards on and off for a couple years now and have 100 thousand account points and almost 200 thousand lifetime points. My family members often transfer points to my account so that we can buy video games.

I have lost access to micrsoft rewards and it gives me the message:

" Its not you its us"

It looks like the same is happening on all family accounts.

I would be greatful if someone could help me out.

I dont know what is happening.

There's a problem with the Rewards site. Once it's fixed you'll be able to access your points.

Hi NoeLennon420. Canada is no longer part of the Rewards program as of September 30th. Members who did not opt out of the program and did not disable email communications with us were migrated over to Microsoft Rewards. The last deposit made to your Microsoft
account with your remaining pending Credits was on October 11th.

You chose to register with a US Microsoft Account, resulting in a US Rewards Account. Only purchases in your Rewards Account region are eligible for Rewards. Since you made your purchases with a non-USD currency, they are not eligible for Rewards.

Yes I would prefer to have just one account and disable cruellestchimp
