I can log into my account Xbox Live through a browser. But it's impossible to enter the account through the application on the computer. Writes an error 0x8015DC0B. Appropriate network modes in games are not available. I have Windows 10

Hi my PC is hacked and i want the windows 360 profile to be gone.

And never get access to use the windows box as an application again is that possible to fix?

There are still several ongoing issues open at the moment, some of these are to do with game profiles, online purchases and accounts.
