Discus and support It's not loading the file explorer when i want to upload a custom image in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; When ever I want to upload a custom image, it loads and loads and loads and loads and loads so much that it's driving me off the wall.     It's not loading the file explorer when i want to upload a custom image


    When ever I want to upload a custom image, it loads and loads and loads and loads and loads so much that it's driving me off the wall. I have resizeed a lot of pictures so I have at least 300 pictures, I would like to know how many people have this problem and can you delete the files?

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues changing the background of your Xbox Series X. Are you uploading a customized image? If yes, please note that customized images must be smaller than 3 MB, and the best size for backgrounds is 1920 x 1080. Anything smaller than 1920 x 1080 may become blurry and larger images may not work.

    To upload a customized image, connect a USB device with the JPG or PNG image you want to use.

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

    Go to Profile & system, then select Settings.

    Select General > Personalisation > My background.

    Select Customised image > Upload an image

    This will launch a File Explorer where you can navigate the attached USB drive folders to locate the desired image.

    Select Upload.

    My custom gamer picture won't upload

    I recommend that you sign into your Microsoft account on the Xbox console, use Profile & system and open My profile.

    Use customize profile then, use change gamer-pic. Open Upload a custom image, then select the image.

    Personally I do not use a custom image as a gamer-pic. I have no images saved on my Xbox console as files, to upload as a custom gamer-pic.

    There isn't a official date as the covid-19 is not allowing workers to go in and do all of the jobs that are needed so they have decided to cut back on some features.
