    It’s not letting me play gifted games


    I recently did a factory reset on my Xbox and when I logged back in I noticed that some of my games have a caution symbol on it, this games were gifted to me from my cousin but it’s not letting me play it its forcing me to buy them again what do I do?

    Could I know if you are able to see the missing gifted games listed in your Microsoft account order history with the status “completed”, or they're not there?

    Make sure to select “all available” in the “ordered within” filter in case you received the content 3 or more months ago, and check the order history with every email address you own in case the content is not listed there.

    Furthermore, please refrain from sharing personal information, including email addresses, order numbers, gamertags, etc.

    Hi there!

    Did you only try to gift it on an Xbox console? If so, try to gift it on the website store using your phone or PC internet browser.

    Does it also happen to a specific game? Have you tried gifting a different game?

    He paid full price for it two days ago and now it's 20$ on game sale lol. LET ME PLAY MY GAME

    My xbox wont let me play none of my games I bought digital and got rid of all of my data on disks games

    I dont have wifi.. it usually let's me play the games I bought it or gifted to me... it's never done this I've unplugged the xbox and harddrive (I make sure its powered off completely..)
