Its not letting me download a game that I already on

Please check first if you have a completed transaction of the game that you are trying to download on your order history at this link, https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If you have a completed transaction for the game there, please try doing a complete power cycle and check if that lets you download the game.

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Once it is back on, do the steps below to install the game.

Go to My games & apps > See all > Full library > All owned games, select the game title, then press Install all.

I already changed my account to adult but it still dosen't let me download M rated games and its really annoying

Most people are currently having issues, its pretty common with a game like this at midnight. I was playing already through EA Access, with the game fully downloaded and it crashed on me at Midnight. Will not let me boot the game again even though I have
it fully downloaded and the digital copy paid for. We'll just have to wait it out.

Since I already downloaded the game provided they do not let me return it sadly
