    Gamer tag Showing 0g and can't sign in

    Hi everyone today I switched on my xbox as normal but my gamer tag now shows 0g and my avatar has gone and its not letting me sign into my live account, But all my gamerscore and avatar are on the Xbox website, And it's also not letting me recover it Any
    ideas on what to do? Thanks

    I cant buy xbox live for my account

    Everything is all set up the way its supose to be its just not letting me buy any thing and i know i got money on it and whats wrong with xbox live

    But Skype lets me talk just fine on the Xbox

    This is the second time my xbox has done this exact thing. About four months ago it forced me to manually update the *** thing, only to discover that now its doing it again. except this time it wont let me do another manual update nor will it even let me
    do a restore to factory settings. I have tried everything suggested to me by "xbox support" but nothing works no matter how many times I do it.

    If your purchasing via the computer, try downloading it via the xbox 360 console, you shouldnt have any errors then.
