    Its been over 15 days since my Xbox One S was shippped and still havent received points.


    I purchased a Xbox one S on December 26th and its was shipped on the 27th of December and I received it on the 28th of December and I still have not received the promised 50,000 reward points. Please help!

    Its been over a week since my Xbox Elite Series 2 was delivered to Microsoft’s repair centre in Frankfurt and i still havent recieved any update, it still says you package has arrived with a yellow clock. Calling them is also no good.
    Im also in the same situation except they havent even acknowledged mine being received! No news or anything and mine expires this week.
