    It's been like 4 days that I can't play something I digitally purchased...


    Whats up with you guys its been like 4 days that i can't play my game. I have the same profile that i purchased the game with. Dont have no other. So whats up with this annoying message that keeps telling me to sign in to the account i purchased the game
    with? On top of that troubleshoot i already did every single thing i even confirmed it with a representative. You guys are quick to charge though.

    Fallout 3 code not received

    I purchased fallout 4 on my Xbox One digitally on Monday before release and I still have not received my fallout 3 code. Everything I've read said I should have it in 7-10 days but it's been 10 days. Please assist.

    Try also power-cycling your console. Maybe it helps. Also try to remove the account from your xbox and add it again.

    Will digital downloads be cheaper? They should be!

    I don't think GAME will last much longer I can't see people queuing up at a midnight release in the cold for something like COD when they could purchase it digital and play it straight away while it's downloading

    Are you able to verify via your
    Order history
    that the game was purchased on your account? If you can see it there, there is a possibility you may have an alternate version installed on your console and via the link on that site, you may be able to install the correct game onto your console
    remotely.

    Additionally, did you receive any email confirmation on your refund status? There has been a notification up that states that the

    refund processing is being delayed
    . There is a chance that your refund is being affected by this.

    Go ahead and verify this info for us and we should be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps, if any are available, to assist you further on this matter.

    missing purchase history

    If this hadn't happened before I would chalk it up as a mistake, but this isn't the first time something I purchased digitally vanished from my purchase history, therefore blocking me from accessing my purchase. When I try to contact microsoft it looks
    like I never made the purchase and all my proof had been deleted. Its usually with games I no longer play. Maybe it shouldn't go down as a purchase but as a rental, then when it disappears off customers accounts after a couple of years they are not confused
    and upset. As an accountant, I'm not likely to mistakenly purchase something and play it for a couple of years, and then come to you wondering why its no longer there. The mistake is on microsoft and I won't ever make a digital purchase again.
