It's been a couple days and xbox is still verifying my new custom pfp there is nothing...

It never said Ban either and I’ve already did my time 4days ago and I still can’t customize my pfp

Hello Jesse E I love tried to appeal but it only says that I can give feedback and it tells me that I’ve been suspended from customizing my pfp it said it was only 1 day I was suspended but it’s been 4 days I think I got perm ban for something I could not control

So, the only way to be able to get a custom pfp is to get on my hands and knees and beg for Microsoft to allow people under 18 to have custom pfps? Also, dang you're fast.

I've been waiting three days now to get my gamerpic verified but it still hasn't been verified, all my friends can change their gamer pic but I've been waiting three days and who know how much longer i have to wait, please i just want my gamerpic...

It always says (It might take a little while for your custom picture to appear while we verify it's OK}

You can change your custom PFP in the Xbox Companion app on your PC and the Xbox app on your phone. On the Xbox app and website so far we don't have the option to submit a custom PFP.
