its been 30 days i have purchased gow4 ultimate edition. still didnt get the codes..

@ A Blue Illusion, it shouldn't matter that you don't have your copy of the Ultimate Edition anymore, I got rid of mine too a few months ago and I still got a code for the GOW4 beta. I think aslong as you have played the Ultimate Edition at some point you
should still get a code.

Its been a whole day and I still have not received my gears of war 4 beta code yet! And yes I purchased gears of war ultimate edition and played before April 11th, im starting to doubt this whole wave thing. May I have a refund

When did you purchase Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition? The Halo Wars: Definitive Edition code will be sent to you 7-10 days after purchasing Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. If it has not been 10 days after purchasing, hang tight and post back here if you do

I was told by the rep that I shouldnt have to wait as in she said Ive always been past the 30 days so something is not right...That is the entire point of this thread. Im not trying to get someone to make an exception. My account is passed 30 days yet still
shows 30 days. Maybe I didnt explain it well because its difficult to explain. But thats whats going on

The page still says that people who purchase Gears of War Ultimate Edition/ Ultimate Deluxe edition will get the games. I have not received mine either. Also, there should be a disclosure telling buyers that there will be a delay on game codes from the date
of purchase. The page gives the impression that the game codes will be accessible/downloadable upon purchase.
