    Yes I’ve checked. I’ve been refunded the correct amount. I’ve tried to contact them and it keeps coming back the same. Nothings being done. I have everything needed to prove I don’t owe anything. All that needs to help is rectify the mistake. Epic said Xbox has done this, as I’ve contacted and they have checked. The link you provided doesn’t help as that’s the same thing I’ve been trying for the past week.

    My Xbox account was hacked and permanently suspended/banned. I submitted and appeal and it was approved I received an email saying the suspension was lifted but I still can’t access anything.

    It’s been a few weeks since I’ve received the email and I’ve tried removing my account and everything. Still nothing.
