It's been 13 days since first time I played Gears of War 4 on Oct. 7 but still no code message

To qualify for this promotion, you just need to purchase and/or redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31, 2016. The game tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption/purchase of
Gears of War 4. So the codes will appear, they just are being sent out in waves. If you're not seeing the codes after 30 days from when you first played, please create a new post and we'd be happy to take a closer look into this. You can find more information

So It's safe to assume that your purchase of Gears of War 4 was digital. Codes will typically take 7-10 days to arrive in your message box. After the 7-10 days mark and still haven't received any codes in your message box I would recommend giving Microsoft
a call about it. Hope this leads to a quick resolve for you!

For the Gears of War collection it's seem that we will received the code within 7-10 days of purchase (See this

thread). I have buy the game on 8. oct. so I'm still waiting 4 days.

But like you I don't have GoW4 on my inventory of games on Xbox.com and I don't know why.

The Gears of War 4 bundle included the codes inside the box, and were not sent out via Xbox Live message. Only digital pre-orders would have been sent the codes through Xbox Live messages.

since I bought the gears of war xbox special bundle (my xbox and controller are the gears of war model) it was supposed to include them all only the code for 4 was included and i did play gears during the times specified but the codes never came

I did check all packaging there where no further codes and walmart doesn’t help after 90 days

not sure why my message didn attaach

bought 2TB limited ediciont console with limited edition GOW 4 bundle and now month later still no codes fo the backwards compatible original games

how can it take so long just to basically send an email?!

Keep in mind it hasnt been a month

The timetable is when you redeemed and download the gears of war 4 which is the earliest would've been Oct 7

So 1month is next week
