It’s about time you fixed the MSFS

is the team that created Microsoft flight Sim for the Xbox really proud of what they’ve done? The game crashes, the add-ons from the Xbox store do not work properly. Every time you do an update more things are broken and nothing ever seems to be fixed. Microsoft need to spend more time fixing the issues and less time on trying to make more money from this broken game. When are you going to fix it properly?

Hi! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

I understand that you have issues with the game, but gane development it's more complicated than just find the issue and fix it, sometimes this could generate other issues, I'm sure the developers are working hard to fix any issue you mig have in game, you can visit the know issues of the game and potential fixes here

Game File Not Available on Xbox Series S

Okay, but the problem is that the game file for MSFS isn't even available. What if I need to fix something in the directory of MSFS?

This happens far too often. I try to launch MSFS that I got via the xbox app on PC. It says launching game, then just reverts back to the desktop.

Also have this issue, its doing my head in. Game pass version

windows is as up to date as it can be, the issue is only with msfs. every single time there's an update of any kind to msfs, this happens. Get the initial splash screen "launching game" then it just disappears to desktop. Tried every fix i've been suggested, gaming services/chkdsk/repair/reset etc nothing fixes it except a total uninstall and re-install

Only working fix is a total re-install. and at 150gb+ each time, its a good job I've got unlimited data useage on my internet service amnd even then its testing my patience to an extent I'm about to give up on the game.
