Hello There ! Please check this link How to change a birth date on a Microsoft account for further help regarding your request. However, changing your age on your account won’t affect the privacy restrictions and preferences. This is in place to prevent children from changing their age to circumvent and evade any restrictions. There’s currently no way to use a custom gamerpic on child accounts, so you will have to wait until you reach 18 (or the age that’s considered an adult in your country) if you want to change your gamerpic.

they refuse to tell me why even in the forum for bans they just say nothing, but honestly my post is not really about my account ban its about the consoles accounts and the fact the xbox one seems suicidal as far as the console wars go.

Recovering my microsoft account is probably is impossible but is there a way to recover my Xbox account, it still exist when I search it up and it looks like it was untouched. My Xbox is "" is it possible for staff to check that account history of emails that its was connected to verify I used to own that Xbox account and change the email its connected or can you guys do nothing about it.
