its about a game i preorderd but havent goten access to all content in such game

the game in which i refere is state of decay 2, i preordered the game on its ultimate edition so i can have all which it offers but upon seeing all which the ultimate edition has to offer ive noticed that even tho i bought the preorder such game as it is
it still ays i dont own the ultimate edition which instead says i own the standard edition

so in which means i dont own all the cotent which the ultimate edition has to offer

what im trying to say is give me my state of decay year one survival edition which is listed as the content you should recive if you own the ultimate edition of such game that state of decay 2 is which i preordered so i shuld have all content

so please if it is possible fix this issue ive had

Make sure everything is showing up on your order history. If so, get in touch with Xbox Support and have them look over your game licenses.

 

Hi double check your order history to make sure you did order the ultimate edition and was charged for it. Then you will need to contact Xbox Support to discuss with
an agent. Either via web chatbot request a call back. They are the only people that can access your account details.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue when trying to download that DLC for State of Decay.

If it's not recognizing that you had purchased the Survival Edition, then the first troubleshooting step that I would suggest would be for you to remove and then redownload your profile as outlined on our support page entitled

If that does not help your console load up everything the way that it's supposed to, then I would next try following the steps he on
