    i bought the cod starter pack today but i recieved nothing so i refunded it a few hours later i got my money back so i tried to buy it again i recieved nothing again can anyone pls help me out

    It's does the same thing for me but I recieved the item and I don't use it and it was not refund so because I had the code I give it to my friend.

    There was a notice on the website a few days ago explaining that the refunds are taking longer.

    Microsoft Xbox Refunds may take several business days, it depends on which payment method you used.

    Update: Case closed, just got another email from microsoft after i called them again, will be recieving the refund in a few days
