    Items not received


    on November 19 I downloaded Madden 16 super deluxe season edition on my Xbox one. With that purchase I was supposed to receive 44 ultimate team all pro packs. I never received them or any code to redeem for them.

    EA Support for further assistance. EA Support handles all in-game pre-order items. Thanks for understanding!

    I already did and they said that I should have been given a code to redeem the packs. He said it showed that I have not redeemed a code for the bundle and said to talk to Xbox support

    Hey there shortandbald.

    Sounds like there might be some confusion, once you purchase the game digitally you should receive 2 pacls a week. If you manage the game from under Games & Apps do you see any content associated with Madden 16? Be sure you clarify with EA that you purchased
    the game digitally and wasn't an physical copy.

    There's no guarantee you will receive the items back. It's also possible you may receive only the console back and then receive the other items a couple of weeks later.
