Items in queue I didn't buy...

So I was playing Assassin's Creed today when a notification pops up saying "Destiny Expansion 1 downloaded". I never purchased this, and when I checked my queue there were about 9 other items including more Destiny DLC and Dead Rising and Dying Light. I
checked my account activity, no one has signed in and the paypal account connected to my Xbox hasn't had any recent activity. Am I getting free stuff or has someone hacked my account?

Can't download items from the avatar store

Need assistance, every time I try to get an item from the avatar store it tells me my purchase was successful but my download queue is full. To download the item to your xbox, remove items from your queue. When I go to my queue there
is nothing there. How can I get.this fixed?

Maybe the queue is associated to a different console. Did you buy a new console?
