    Item stuck as installing and won't cancel


    i have two costumes for DOA5:LR that are not in my Queue. They say Installing... when I view them from the game manager or from the market. I reset the console, and even uninstalled the game and the 300+ items for the game. Even the Uninstall All does nothing.
    The items do not show up in the game, saying I havent downloaded them. How can I fix this?

    Upgrading Chipset?

    I'll try the installing both discs things and see if that works, and I feel bad for taking my xbox apart now, but hopefully Microsoft won't cancel my account, as I was only cleaning dust out and trying to get it not overheating.

    Installation Stopped issues

    I recently bought this game "Ryse - Son of Rome" and tried installing it. It would just be stuck at 89% and be queued and then it would show "Installation Stopped" and this keeps happening. It would install fine when I cancel it and try to re-install it,but
    then again it would get stuck at some number around that.. Example,75. So I gave up,thought the problem is with the CD. So today I bought EA Access membership,tried installing Unravel. It would just be stuck at 0% and would show "Installation Stopped". Tried
    some other games as well but it would have the same issue. This never happened before the latest update. Please help me. Thanks.

    Install Help

    Installation problems. I got prompted to install update. I accepted. It was stuck at 99% for a really long time. I paused the install and then canceled the install. I turned off the XBOX and retried the install. This time I got a warning that the install
    was 6gb. I accepted. It has be STUCK at "0% Install" for over an hour. Not sure what to do at this point.

    INSTALLATION STOPPED when installing game from store

    I've cancelled all the installs and nothing has been downloaded because the installation is always stuck at 0%. Went back to the store to re-install it but it still says error. :( Will try it again when I get home though, thank you :)

    I have 2 dlc's from 2 different games that won't install. Why?

    Hi there,

    can you try cancelling the install for those two items, then perform a power cycle via Guide-Settings-Restart Console

    when the console has restarted download something else like a demo and after that try to install both DLC items again.

    Game pass perk Warframe®: Xbox Starter Bundle problem

    The perk is for Xbox only, not for PC. Also, it's not DLC, so it won't install anything. These are in game items which do not need to be installed as they are unlocked in game for you.

    Hello ,

    Can you try to uninstall the game.

    Install a different game instead and see if you will experience the same issue.
    Sorry, I should have elaborated on this earlier. I can't uninstall the game because it doesn't install in the first place, and I also can't even cancel items queued to download, because no actions go through until it finishes checking for updates, which never happens because it's stuck.
