    So i bought a customised controller off the microsoft design labs on the 11th, it is now the 18th and my controller is still pending? Its been a week and nothing had changed, whats going on?

    Hey! I just purchased mine on June 14 and its the 21st i have the same problem it still says pending. Did you get your controller already or any update?

    Because design lab controllers are custom made, they take 2-3 weeks to be shipped.
