    Hello Tony, when a game is being developed it is up to the developer whether it will have bublagem and subtitles in Espenhol, in fact all languages that appear for download in the Microsoft store are up to the developer to do or not.

    Unfortunately many Japanese games studios do not invest in the addition of other languages.

    Perhaps what you can do is suggest this on the game developer's website.

    There are more Yakuza games coming to GamePass in 2020 :-D it was announced at XO19 that we will have Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2 as well :)
