It won't let me remove my credit card even though its not linked to anything

I have no pending charges and I still am not able to remove the card

I'm sorry to be witnessing this problem, however, it usually happens when there is a pending charge due to lack of balance on the credit card.

In a common scenario, the customer has an active automatic renewal subscription, either monthly or annually, the system tries to charge the card, and as it has no balance or limit, the subscription is pending payment. Therefore, it is only possible to remove the card after paying the overdue subscription.

In any case, access your order history and check if there are any pending payments:

If you don't have any pendencies, try to remove the card, try resetting your browser and test in incognito (private) mode, it may allow you to remove it.

I would recommend removing the card and when you put the card back on the account, put in a non-expired credit card renewal date. I had the same issue a long time ago, and though the card was in date, the card's info on my Xbox wasn't and it would not let
me buy anything.

i tired sigining in out and testing the connection, i t did nothing, whenever i try o redeem the card it gives me the rorr, also my account still has my old credit card on it and it wont let me remove it even though i canceled it and paid for everything
