    I have heard of this issue before. Sounds like the code may be for use in another country than the one in which you reside. Contact G2A and explain your issues. G2A isn't a reputable company either and have have been known to have dubious practices. I personally would not use them because of this.

    Keep in mind g2a is NOT trusted vendor and have been known to sell illegal or stolen accounts also stolen codes which lands you a suspension and not the nice kind either
