    So I got the game pass ulitmate and xbox live, So what happened was i press a on NBA2k21 and then i press a on mycareer it wont let me in it so can you help me please.

    I am trying to play mycareer on NBA 2K23 but it says I need to change a setting for my child account, however I am unsure which setting I need to change.

    I have changed all of my setting to “allow” and “everyone” however it still won’t allow me to play MyCareer.

    I’m on Xbox one s and I’m having problems running mycareer on nba 2k22 it won’t load in just send me back to Home Screen how can I fix this
