Perform a physical power cycle on your Xbox:

Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps.
Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Is there still no solution to this? I'm on windows 10. I even launch the game from my xbox live console, which I'm obviously logged into, and the game still says I'm not logged in and won't let me log in. Is Microsoft really just ignoring this?
