it wont let me download certain games what can i do to fix it i have already hard and soft...

We will just test it out. Please unplug the hard drive and then perform a powercycle on your console before attempting to download a game. Keep the hard drive unplugged.

May I ask what is the exact error or issue that you’re getting whenever you’re trying to download certain games?

Also, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause issues.

it just says “installation stopped” and then itll try again about three times then giveup but i do have an external hard drive in but i cant afford to buy a new one if thats what id need to do

i am trying to join my friends realm server and it wont let me install the game i own it got it for free because i owned java and i had it downloaded but wiped my hard drive a little while back but ever since then i can not download the game it says download/install
but wont actually let me install the game. can you please healp me reinstall this game

Just having this problem today....wont let me download profile after it dissappeared off my xbox. Been trying for a half hour and nothing. I am hard wired already
