    It won't let me customize avatar


    Whenever i go into the Xbox Avatars to edit my appearance, it will say

    'We can't show this page right now', try again in a while'.

    I am also unable to compare avatars, as the screen will just close out.

    Missing unlocked avatar items

    my avatar award items are missing too. they are there in the storage section but the avatar customizer won't recognize any of them.

    Customize Avatar Broken?

    Greetings, for some reason I am not able to customize my avatar, save it and then have the changes apply. The Customize Avatar system lets me create and save the new avatar, but then the changes are not actually saved. I have waited for days after successfully
    saving new avatar changes and nothing! It won't let me customize avatar :(

    I can re-produce this same issue via the Avatar Editor on Xbox.com and on Xbox One. Anyone else out there seeing this same issue?

    What is the pic displayed on the forums?

    It looks custom to me.

    I think your issue might be with your avatar. You need to toggle between the avatar and a regular picture from their offerings on the console and then reset your console with the new picture.

    Once it reboots you can then customize your picture.

    How am i spost to do that ? im on xbox one and it quite frankly says that im too young to change it :/ and im by far over the age of 18 and it should let me however it does not let me so get this fixed Microsoft! :/.

    It feels like the avatars are extinct.

    I update my avatar every now and then, but as many others have said. The option to now have a custom avatar had pretty much pushed these custom avatars into the dark. Don't get me wrong, I do like the personalisation and customisation of the avatars. They
    just seem irrelevant now. And it's kinda sad.
