It won’t let me change my profile picture to a custom

It says it wont upload and to try again later but i waited a couple days to try again, i signed out of my account on mobile/the xbox app but it still wont let me

This feature has been temporarily removed due to the sudden influx of users on the system. Once things stabilize, they'll most likely re-introduce the feature.

All custom uploads, which include custom gamerpics, are always reviewed by Microsoft's Moderating team in order to check if the uploads breach the Terms of Service. And due to the massive influx of players and such request because of the on going global
crisis, this feature has been TEMPORARILY disabled in order to maintain a well-moderated community for Microsoft, and Xbox. rest assured that this is only temporary, and will be lifted once the influx settles.

quizas sea tu conexión a la red, ya lo hice en varias cuentas, o quizás sea que la foto que quieras subir no tenga la suficiente resolución para que la acepte, puedes intentar con otra imagen.
