It wont let me change my gamerpic and i dont have any violations right nowq

Do to the traffic on xbox because of this horrible pandemic somethings have been disabled like the gamerpic temporary and some thing will have delay response when it comes to support but they are working hard to get to everyone and help everyone thank

You can have a custom gamerpic that is why the option is there.

If the gamerpic is not in breach of the Terms of Service/Code of Conduct then it will not be changed.

Only time that enforcement will change the gamerpic if it is in violation of the Terms of Service and other users have reported the custom gamerpic.

why let me have a name that violated the CoC in the first place when its my first name issue! as a warning of it with a free change of gamertag would been easier than this. with you changing my gamertag to me sounding like an animal pedo and i wish to report
this name "FancyCub4482006" as being offensive and would like to have the right to change to "Legend Of Gonzo" for free and this wont happen again! as PornmasterGonzo isnt sexual reference at all. as to me it is theft in my eyes and not given me no warning
