It will not let me play multiplayer. Says I have to purchase the game again.

Hello again, we have received many instances of the game, I can suggest that you do a factory reset on the console and then install only MW2, but I believe that these bugs will only be resolved when Activision release some update for bug fixes.

I just did this and nothing happens still wount let me play. Same issue this is frustrating

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Kindly sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft game.

From there, check if you have any Minecraft transactions. If you have found the transactions, use the same Microsoft account to login to Minecraft Launcher.
