- Select Network Settings.

- Select Advanced Settings.

- Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

- Allow the console to restart when prompted.

it will remain free but it will allow you to download it as long as its not a not available in your region error

Update- I can continue playing the game only offline. Whenever I try to connect to Live it tells me I need to "update" and won't let me play.
