my account was recently suspended for “explicit content & sexual content”. But I’m reality, I was making a private (hidden) club for my friends and cousins who play fortnite with me. I thought it would be a good idea to form a private
club for ourselves to share wins, fails, & funny moments so we don’t ha e to check and get lost in all the clips of each individual. Instead in i wanted to make a unified place for us to jointly share and watch each othes’ Clips. I named the club “FARTNITE”
cause it was an original name in the clubs. To top that joke off, I snapped a pic of the scene where the baby was getting his butt powdered and sneaked the famous baby powder fart. I placed the pic as the club profile pic as an innocent joke. By all means
the photo is of a computer animated baby butt from the movie boss baby. and the club is PRIVATE. Nobody can find it unless they are personally invited. Xbox enforcement officers, PLEASE lift the suspension. Communication is key in the game and i cant speak
to any to anybody and let alone in a any body and let alone i can’t buy Or play backwards compatable games. It says my account on 360 is BANNED. But how is it banned if I can still play on the Xbox one can play the one. I am not harrassing anybody. ALso
please fix the forums. It takes almost 3 minutes for this thing to catch up after typing one sentence up typimg sentense. I also changes my words even though they are spelled correctly and often repeats what I types type .

Firstly, your title and the explanation contained in this thread, shows your guilt. If your ban is for over 24 hours, you can try appealing, but I personally don't think it will work in your favour. Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

Please learn from your mistakes and ride out your suspension time. We are in 2018 now, in a frankly, fickle and volatile society, where little instances like this *will* most likely be reported. Be mindful of what language you use around strangers online,
or your fellow friends.

I understand where you’re coming from however the Xbox Enforcement Team does not use these forums. It would have been one of your friends or someone reported your private club and if it found
it violate the code of conduct it can be suspended. For information about your account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account at https://enforcement.xbox.com



Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
& Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

• Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
  
• Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
  
• Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
