    It was over 2 months ago and I did not receive my rewards from the pre order of Gears of War 4 and Forza Horizon 3!!

    Here is another post when I made the second request, XXX had made one before this also lost the link and could not find it on the site. I had also fulfilled another set of rewards for missions and achivments and received no points. In

    my rewards history, I only receive search points, nor do I indicate more people I always get the error, and I have lost several times these points for not accepting.

    I ask for a review of the last months and at least one answer because the support is very bad, in the twiter do not respond, in the forum also not, and in the other channels of support much less so that they see that it is of the rewards they do not serve

  3. Not Getting Pre Order credit on my Mission

    I pre ordered Dishonored 2 digital last night (for the digital games pre order mission) and did not get any credit whatsoever. The option to pre order was greyed out and I couldn't choose it from being redirected from XBL Rewards page to the Dishonored 2
    page. I went and pre ordered the game on my Xbox One console through the marketplace and the pre order worked. However, I signed into my XBL Rewards and I didn't receive my second stamp out of 3. Can someone help me?

    We responded to your last post at (no recive bonus pre order gears of war 4 and others). Again, since your purchases were made in BRL, and you are
    a US Rewards member, your purchases are not eligible for Rewards. Furthermore, since you are a US Rewards Member with a Brazilian Microsoft Account, we will be unable to do any deposits, since USD cannot be deposited into a BRL Microsoft Account.

    If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Microsoft Account region and create a new account to Reward purchases in your Microsoft's Accounts regional currency, you must first close your current account by opting out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/). While
    this will cause you to lose your current progress due to closure of your Rewards Account, we will be able to recover and transfer any pending (un-deposited) Credits.

    You will have to wait 48 hours for us to receive and process your request, after which your account should show up as completely clean of progress and have a join by date of "???". At that point, you can create a new Rewards Account by signing back up again,
    which can also take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards).
    If your join by date still shows "???", and not your recent registration date, then your account has not yet been successfully re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits
    from your old account to your new one.

    Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. While there was a special offer in September that allowed pre-orders for MyVIP, your pre-order was instead Rewarded by the Gears of War offer that was running at the time. Since purchases can only be Rewarded once,
    you did not receive VIP payback that month as well. Since pre-orders do not qualify for MyVIP, you did not receive progress for your Call of Duty purchase, but you did get a punch on the Games on Demand punchcard.
