    yesterday I tried to buy the game PUBG and the credit card locked by the bank because the bank thought that something happened for many attempts and now that I unlocked the credit card I am not able to buy the game.

    Cant download Monster hunter world on Xbox app

    Hi there,

    the game Monster Hunter is not an Xbox Play Anywhere title, so it you purchase it via the Xbox App you basically purchase it only for the Xbox console (unless the title is a Xbox Play Anywhere title).

    If you want to purchase it for PC you will need to use other means, like Steam.

    Regarding your purchase for the Xbox One version, be sure to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) to see if a refund is possible, they are the only ones able to decide if it's possible or not.

    Check the transaction at http://account.microsoft.com to see if it will let you refund it from there. It's also possible the purchase hasn't completely processed yet which is why it may not have shown as available for refund. If it had processed and you still can't refund it, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    It is possible to Migrate an account, you will have to contact support directly though.

    They have a new process in which they can migrate accounts, but you may lose access to previoulsy purchased content. I dont know the exact details but support will be able to assist you with this.

    I advise that when making the purchase, contact support directly in the online chat option, on the Live status page, since as a player I can only inform how the process works.

    It is still possible to make the purchase with another payment method since the one you are using is not authorizing immediately.
