    It suddenly says that my microsoft account doesnt own minecraft even if i had been playing...


    Basically i was playing minecraft Java Edition and after a couple of hours i closed my game in order to go to sleep. after a while i opened the game again and tried to log on and at first it said that my microsoft acc doesnt own minecraft anymore , after changing password it didnt say anything wrong, it would let me add the account and say it was done correctly but then it actually wouldnt add it. Instead on the normal launcher it lets me add the account but it tells me i can only play the demo. On the official Minecraft website it says i dont own minecraft but i had been playing it and now its randomly gone. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it an outage or some sort of glitch?

    Please can you tell me how you purchased Minecraft?

    Can you check your orders page on your Microsoft account to see if you can see that the payment was successful. You can view your orders page here: Microsoft account | Order history

    If you have access to multiple Microsoft accounts, it could be that you have bought the game on another Microsoft account. Please check all accounts you own to see if you can find the purchase for Minecraft.

    I used my dad credt card, and my account is a family account, so can he remove my mimecraft?

    You will be asked to sign into your account. Please try the Mojang account first before trying your Microsoft account.

    Thank you for your response Nathan. Ive gone there and tried to see my purchase history but it doesnt say i purchased anything whatsoever. Maybe it has to do with the fact that this is a migrated account? and also the purchase was done with mojang around 5 to 6 years ago.

    I forgot to add that after i logged on the normal launcher with the same credentials i had always used it changed my gamertag and it acted like i never had minecraft before even if did
