    Hello! I recently bought a new computer and decided to buy Minecraft for Windows 10 via the Xbox app on this PC. Everything was working as intended when, all of a sudden, I logged on one day to the sight of my saved data erased. Now, I do not really understand
    if this is an issue with the Xbox app on the PC or just Minecraft itself acting up... Even though I only had one world on it and not much else, I would be extremely appreciative if anyone would be able to help me out and see if the data that has been erased
    can be recovered/restored. Any help is appreciated! :>

    Hi Tubba,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand your save data has been erased for the game Minecraft. Unfortunately, with PC if the file has been overwritten in the cloud, there is no way of retrieving the old save. You may want to reach out to
    Mojang support to see if there is a way to recover it.

    Hi Tubba,

    If you own the game you can locate the game on your Drive and see if there is save data stored there.

    That would be the only other option in this instance unfortunately.

    Microsoft Store Library not showing an app I purchased 3 months ago.

    The game is Minecraft. It does appear in my purchase history. It has worked on my laptop in the past. I had a different problem that required me to do a complete reinstall of Windows 10. That deleted all apps and data. Now the Microsoft Store doesn’t show Minecraft for Windows 10 in My Library. Again, it is shown in my purchase history, April 2021.

    i have even tried install a new windows 10, but the game still cant launch after sync my data. I switch to another new microsoft account and launch the game with no problem, seems there have some problem on my save data on cloud and when the data load it just cant load into game. i cannot find any method to delete my cloud save
