    It seems I have two rewards accounts combined into one account.


    I regularly receive an email from the Xbox live rewards program addressed to my old gamertag and it's associated email. When I select the link within this email to unsubscribe from the Xbox live rewards program, I am taken to my new and current gamertag
    and it's associated account. I want to unsubscribe and delete this old account so that it is no longer 'attached' to my new and current gamertag and xbox live rewards account. Please help.

    Hello Microbeck,

    For the email associated with the gamertag "Microbeck", we only see that one gamertag. Did you recently have a gamertag change, or can you roughly recall when you changed gamertags?
