As the subject says, I seem to have multiple currencies in my account, but i can't choose which one to use.

Is there anyway of choosing between them? Because right now i have €60 i can't use because i cannot choose it.

No way to log in with another MS Account?

I have two separate MS Accounts, one that I use to log on to my email and a different one for my Xbox gaming. When I started up Minesweeper it automatically logged me into my email account.

Is there any way to change which MS Account I use for Microsoft Minesweeper?

EDIT: By the way, I'm on Windows 10.

Prepaid Code - Different regions

Hello,

i have troubles with a Prepaid-Code for money i recently used.

The service to redeem the code on XboxOne was not available yesterday, so i decided to activate the Code on my PC.

I logged in with my account and typed in that Code...

But the money was transefered to a different region (Germany instead of Austria). Everything in my Account and all of my Xboxes belong to the region Austria.

Now i have my money splitted in two regions (but on the same account, weird...) and i can't buy the product i want in the marketplace because i need the money of both regions for it.

Is there any way to transfer the money, get the money back, or to buy the product from two different regions?

it depends on what region you are in the pounds will work in like the UK if you have USD that will work in the US

go here to change your region:
live.xbox.com/.../AccountMigration

The Microsoft points wont be scrapped per say. The currency system will just change to $$ currency reverting remaining Microsoft points into that new said currency at an equivalent value. So, there's no need to worry about losing money when the change comes.

As for debit card usage, it wont work 'cause Microsoft Xbox Live Services (directly from the console or account via this website) aren't associated in any way with Interac (the payment services provided by banks debit cards).

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a way to transfer PayPal money to Microsoft Account currency.

You would either have to use the Microsoft Account money, or your PayPal money.

Hi, usually the promotional balance is some money that Xbox sends sometimes for free
But it seems that’s not your case.

In this situation the best option is reach Microsoft support via chat or callback
In that way they can see what’s going on with your balance / why do you have two separate amount of money with the same currency
