    I suggest you delete the game, disable the internet and install the game again using the disk without doing any updates, see if the problem persists.

    I’m having the same issue I have the physical version of FIFA 23 and occasionally when I launch the game to play it says start free trial and doesn’t launch the disc . Something that’s been happening since launch for me and it should need me to uninstall it reinstall it to make it work
