    It says the money has been refunded from the refund but i haven’t received it


    i requested to refund a game and the request came back saying it was refunded and in my account but it never was.

    I would but the refund has been approved and I haven’t got my money back and it won’t let me try and refund it again

    Hi, it’s been several days now and almost 3-4 weeks so I requested a refund and I still haven’t had my money back. I also still haven’t received an email back from the refund email I got sent a while back, at this point I can’t see myself ever getting the money back. Is there nothing else I can do to contact Xbox/ea?
