it says the account is suspended, but when i go to enforcement, it say I have no bans

Hello I got suspended I have no idea why, and when i go to enforcement it says I have no suspensions. every other support page send me to enforcement for an appeal but there is nothing. No information about the suspension or and appeal.

I got suspended after making a group post for plate up. I got one guy but he left after that I let my dog out. I come back to a suspension till the 2/20.

Jaquavis, I understand your situation. Some suspensions do not show up on the enforcement, not sure why. There is not much that can be done about it, okay? The only thing I can recommend is to keep trying to look at it.

Neither here nor on Support we can assist with suspensions since we are not the Enforcement team, so I can only recommend keeping an eye out for it and waiting for the temporary ban to lift itself.

I'm sorry to know that you are having this problem, if your account was suspended, I'm sorry to tell you that you will not be able to recover the progress since for obvious reasons the account is suspended. You must enter the following link and check if the option to file the appeal appears.

It is the only way to recover your account and the progress you had in the linked accounts, in case you have already filed an appeal, and it has been denied, unfortunately nothing can be done.

only the enforcment team can ban and suspend people ambassadors dont have a say who gets banned or suspended

I haven't had a console ban, i can i still play and use it on other accounts, and this was the first ban i know of. The problem i have is that i don't know when i will be un-suspended as my console says its permanent but the enforcement says 2 weeks and this whole situation has been stressful and really all i can do is hope.

Did he say whether or not your console is banned or just your account? Because if your console is banned NO ONE can connect to Xbox LIVE from your console. Also, this is the wrong forum to get in touch with enforcement team. Try going down to the forum
that says "My LIVE account was suspended".
