    It says under the rewards page that my personal e-mail for my account might be incorrect, checked and what you have listed is indeed correct, Thanks!

    my reward page says Some of the information we have on file appears to be incorrect. Please ensure the birthday associated with your Microsoft Commerce account is correct by clicking the button below. I have checked this and it and it is correct.

    Hello. thank you for the advice, though from the settings I checked on the xbox app on my pc and my microsoft account both of my regions are correct.

    Is there a way you might be able to check which part of my account's settings are incorrect or inform me on a way I could check which part of my account has incorrect info so I could fix the problem?

    Or is there another way I could complete my transaction which would avoid this issue?

    I have the same issue. Even though the correct login info is typed, when it asks whether to store the password it would say incorrect password and log out. Very annoying. This occurred after I changed my hotmail account name
