It says that it has a perfect internet connection but it doesn't work

For a few days I've wanted to download Fallout 4 on my Xbox so I went and turned on my Xbox to get on the Microsoft store but when I turned it on it acted like there was no internet even though every other device was acting perfect I test out the internet connection and it says as a perfect internet connection so I try to get into the Microsoft store and it doesn't work so it tells me to go do an internet connection test and it comes up with the DNS is not working so I fix it and now it says the IP doesn't work so I fix it and it says it's perfect but then the Microsoft shop still won't load and tells me to fix it even though it's perfect I've tried resetting it multiple times and it still won't work

— Do you have this issue on Xbox One, Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X?

— Could you tell me how you managed to fix this DNS issue the first time? Do you mean that you set a custom DNS address?
If your answer is affirmative, which custom address you used?

— May I know if you tried disconnecting your router from the power for 3–5 minutes and connecting it after this time before attempting to download games on your Xbox?

— Could I know if you tried connecting your Xbox to a different Wi-Fi network, like a mobile hotspot, before trying again?
That could help us to check if it's an issue with your ISP or something else.

Just experienced this problem last night. Picked up halo came back and Internet not working. Tested it and it says I'm connected but all I have is home screen saying connect to xbox live. No shop, or friends screen. Nothing involving Internet is working
for me but it's showing connected. My BF with his XB1 in the house using wifi works perfect.

This stuff happens. Online games can't always be perfect with players all over the world and with different types of Internet. If this happens to you all the time then there's somethi wrong with your connection. This doesn't happen to almost at all. I do
getthe rare game where there's a terrible connection by I just leave and find another game. The day that everyone in the world has perfect servers and internet connections is the day that video games wont lag

Every IP in my household has perfect internet usage. Neither one of my xbox consoles will connect to xbox live, but the internet is working, the xbox also acknowledges this. This isn't a run of the mill copy paste answer question.

it doesn't act like it has a problem connecting to the internet, like i said Avatar Marketplace, facebook, twitter and all the radio stuff works, co-op, or marketplace. Game Marketplace has all the symbols, but submenu's say 'No Content Available' and it
always says 'no games available' when trying to play games live
