Also I never games shared and I'm not banned cause I can still go on the game I just can't play cause it still tells me to purchase it still

I tried everything and got it to update finally but it still says I have to purchase the game and yes I'm under the account I bought the game. At this point it would be easier if I could get a refund and get the otherversion that cost the same price
