    It says “Sorry, looks like our service isn’t working right

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Im getting this same message when i try to play Resident Evil 7. It tries the data syncing process, then says

    I tried this solution and it has not worked, when i attempt to move it, a window pops up saying

    I recommend that you turn off all the systems that use the internet and then reset your router once the router is restarted and that this one starts up again the computers that use internet one by one, including your xbox
