It says signed I'm signed in but then error code 80072741 shows up

I had the same problem few weeks ago. It's again probably due to Xbox Live servers...

Try to remove your profile, clear cache and completely reboot your console, it worked for me after 5min of loading screens.

This error can mean three things.

1. Some Xbox features are not available due to system maintenance or a temporary Xbox Live issue.

2. You are unable to access some Xbox features due to a network configuration problem.

3. There was a problem with your payment option.

You can test your Xbox Live network connection, or even try to open the ports on your network. Have you tried to completely reset your Xbox 360?

If you've been getting a error this could be a number of things. The most commen issue could be the network. You can either reset your wifi router or forget the network by going to Settings - General - Network settings - Disconnect wireless then reconnect
the network.

If this didn't work it may not be the network It could be the hardware. You should hard restart the xbox by holding the power button for 10 seconds, unplug the powerlead and HDMI and leave it for 2 minutes then plug everything back in then power everything
on.
