It says shared content denied and then it takes me to settings but I can't change them?

The reason you're unable to access the privacy settings is that the system has detected that your account is a Child Account (20 years old and below). You will need a Parent/Adult account (birth date registered 21 years old and above).

Kindly create a Microsoft Family using a Parent Account and add your main account as a Child Account/ Family Member.

Create an adult Microsoft Account on https://account.microsoft.com/ make sure that it is 21 years old and above. Then add your main account as a Family Member.

Once you're done, manage your main account's privacy settings using your adult account. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your Adult Microsoft account at Xbox.com.

2. Select your gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).

3. Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & Online Safety.

Important: Because you’re accessing sensitive info, you may have to enter your password or PIN.

4. Select the gamertag for the Child/Main Account that you want to manage.

5. Select the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices: Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.

6. Review the current settings and update all options as Allow and Everyone, and then select Submit to save the changes.

Important: You must select Submit at the bottom of the page before leaving or switching to another tab. If you don't submit the changes before you move to the other tab, your changes won't be saved.

7. Have the member sign in and then sign out of their account on the console to make sure the changes take effect.

8. Launch your Roblox using your Child/Main Account.

He cant play certain games , it says shared content denied

When you change the account set as xbox home you can't share the same content as before.

You can't take it further unless you can get all governments to aggree to one set of rules for content and all publishers to aggree to share their content for all countries
