It says “notice of Xbox enforcment action” when I try and send a party invite why is that

First, it is important to point out that I'm not part of the Microsoft staff.

That being said, enforcement actions can be issued due to a lot of factors. However, you can review the reason you received a suspension by checking your enforcement history here:

If you're eligible and the suspension is longer than 48 hours, you can appeal the decision.

Myself and others noticed after the Destiny update today we were having troubles joining parties. The dashboard was saying it couldnt show me my friends at this time. Later when i would try to invite someone to a party it would say it couldnt send out invites
at this time please try again later. Now None of my friends are showing up in destiny. PLus party voice chat is still not working. Also while all of these other problems were going on . I was looking at the store (gold members) . All of a sudden the store
refreshed and all of the games disappeared but 2 . They are still not back up.One more thing. Why does this site keep saying im in the UK it says my currency is pounds. I have tried to change it but it stays UK. I am in Alabama, no where near the UK.

When one friend sends invite, top left globe says "Launch" and it works. Other friend sends invite and globe says "Accept" and it doesn't work. When I click on X when friend who doesn't work in party chat sends invite, screen flashes and it goes back to
screen it was on. When I click on X when friend who does work in party sends invite, it instantly goes into party and works perfectly. There are now 4 of us trying to chat. Friend 1 can chat with Friend 2, not 3 or 4. Friend 3 and 4 can chat, but not with
1 or 2. ALL of us have update.

Seems like each update actually makes stuff worse...?

On a side not, glad you added a 3rd developer to the CoD line. Now can you please remove Infinity Ward?

when I click add friend it comes up with a notice of Xbox live enforcement action and the when I go to enforcement.xbox.live it says my account has a perfect record

that email was in my inbox not my span it says Notice of Xbox Live enforcement action. I'm even looking at it on my xbox right now when I turned it on
